Materials Coordinator-Boardman Department: 608 Operations Planning Audits the receiving of supplies, ingredients and parts for production, maintenance and administrative departments in ERP system (Microsoft NAV). Works with Transportation and Logistics on transfers of blocks out of the Boardman facility. Audits physical cycle counts, enters inventory adjustments and facilitates reconciliation of all Boardman material inventory in NAV. Facilitates proper rotation of inventories. Reconciles fluid movement and production orders in NAV. Ideal candidate would have an associate’s degree and at least two years experience in receiving, inventory or administrative duties with strong communication and organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Navision. APICS membership preferred.
