Training & Communications Assistant Department: 625 Human Resources Provides administrative support to the corporate training and communications departments, including setting up training classes, tracking expenses, registrations, sign-ups and class rosters. Enters data into training database and audits information. Supports services to the communications department including desktop publishing, scheduling of activities, participating in company events, and general administrative duties. Must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects and priorities, show initiative and an aptitude for problem solving while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Publisher. Must be willing to achieve proficiency in Adobe InDesign within the first 6 months in position. Full-time non-exempt position.
