Co-Packing Manager Department: 608 Operations Planning Oversees day-to-day manufacturing activities at contract packagers in order to meet demand requirements. Ensures that contract manufacturers operate in accordance with established standards and guidelines for efficiency, inventory control, material handling and reporting. Manages manufacturing output based on agreed upon production efficiencies, finished goods yields and raw material scrap rates. Insures that co-packaging production and consumption data in ERP system is updated daily and accurate. Must have strong communication and organizational skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Navision, or equivalent ERP system. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain or materials management is preferred and at least five years in a consumer manufacturing environment. Significant work experience with continuing education can be substituted. APICS CPIM or CSCP certifications preferred.
