Customer Service Representative

Location:      Tillamook, OR

Provides accurate, clear, high quality customer service by  interfacing with customers, brokers and regional managers to process, review, and edit purchase orders, reconcile order discrepancies, resolve pricing, credits, and inventory issues to ensure the perfect order.  Coordinates shipment activities with the plants and warehouses, identifies problems and initiates corrective action to ensure on-time and complete delivery.  Provide and assist in the resolution and validation of customer deductions. 

Must have demonstrated ability to clearly and accurately respond to issues in a timely manner.  Must be a good listener, creative thinker, have the ability to solve problems and take responsibility for actions.  An associate’s degree and at least three years of customer service and administrative experience preferred.  Requires excellent communication and organizational skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
